PS, this week’s chocolate sphere only took me like 2 hours to figure out what to do and how to plate it. LOL. Lots of blank stares, change of heart and I might’ve sent 5 plates to the dishwasher during the process. Whoops. But one of the many things that I’ve learned from my chef is, if you don’t succeed at first, try and try again. *wink* Shout out to Chef Sabrina!
