This week’s chocolate sphere

Dark Chocolate Sphere

Chocolate Cake | Chocolate Mousse | Cherry Jubilee

Served with a warm Spiked Caramel Macchiato

Sometimes, I like having slow days at work. Especially on a Sunday when we have to create a new chocolate sphere. I got to spend some time experimenting and I am very happy with the results. This is exactly how I pictured it to be.

I can’t wait for you guys to try it!
